He subsequently studied the specialty of Endodontics at Universidad El Bosque, Bogotá, Colombia from 2009-2011, where he then became a professor at the Santa María Caracas University, Venezuela in Endodontics from 2011-2014.
Dr. Gruber then was part of the international internship program in the Endodontics graduate of the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala, Tlaxcala, Mexico, that’s when he felt in love with México.
When is now living in Playa del Carmen, Mexico since 2016.
His clinical practice is limited to Endodontics, where he dominates all manual and rotational instrumentation techniques for the preparation of the root canal system, extensive training in magnification with clinical application, is a specialist in the minimally invasive endodontic technique where it is sought to preserve the maximum amount of dental tissue without affecting the success of the treatment and root canal treatment planning with CBCT scan and 3D Tomography.

Dr. Gruber is one of the best Endodontist in Cancún. He has performed over 5 thousand root canals done to date, and in the last 3 years he's one of the only few endodontists in México using the Carl Zeiss microscope to enhace and guarantee a very precise endondontic treatment.
