Academic Background:
Dr. Juan C. Sforzina graduated from La Universidad Santa María in Venezuela where he achieved the title of Doctor in Dental Surgery in 2000. After 3 years of general practice in Caracas, he decided to pursue his passion. He moved to Mexico City in 2004 to study at the Latinoamerican University, to achieve a Master of Science degree in Prosthodontics and Oral Implantology. He took the opportunity to work alongside some of the most important dental specialists in Mexico City for 5 years, where he gained expertise in placing dental implants and rehabilitating them. He has more than 9 years of experience in dental tourism in Cancun and the Riviera Maya and up to date, he has placed and restored more than 6,000 dental implants. MIS Implants brand has recognized Dr. Sforzina’s work and has asked him to be a speaker for their brand at different dental events. Dr. Sforzina is a member of the following dental colleges and academies: College of Dental Surgeons of Venezuela. Member of the Prosthodontics Society of Venezuela.
